Made in Germany, these Steiner Navigator Pro 7×50 binoculars take many of the key elements from Steiner’s professional Commander series and puts them into a more affordable package that is designed to better meet the needs and budget of the recreational boater, weekend angler or leisure sailor.

Trickle-down technologies include the excellent built-in HD analogue compass. Fluid-damped, the illuminated heads-up display allows for easy-to-read navigation no matter the weather or water conditions.

The completely sealed housing is made from the same extremely tough Makrolon polycarbonate material that Steiner use on their alpha level binoculars and it also has the same NBR Long Life rubber armouring. This high grip surface won’t let you down in the wet, adds extra protection to the internal optics and is resistant to hardening and cracking caused by salty water that often affects lesser quality marine binoculars.

The housing on these Navigator Pro binoculars is filled with completely moistureless Nitrogen gas using Steiner’s N2 injection system that maintains a 14-psi pressurized interior for complete fog-proofing of the internal optics even in extreme external conditions and temperatures.

With fully multi-coated, high contrast optics and the large 50mm objective lenses, these binoculars are able to capture and then transmit a high level of light to your eyes for the brightest views. This in combination with the 7x magnification produces a very large 7.1 mm exit pupil that ensures your eyes are supplied with more than enough light even in very low light conditions when your pupils are fully dilated.

As with their Commander series, these Navigator Pro binoculars incorporate the Steiner Sports-Auto Focus system which saves time and makes it easy to use even with one hand as once you have completed the one-time setup, no further focus adjustments are needed.

Measuring 123 meters wide at 1000 meters, the field of view on these is a little less than that you get on the Commander but is still easily wide enough for most uses.
